We are a boutique consultancy with deep expertise in automotive retail.
Our clients predominately are retailers, manufacturers (OEM) and importers.
Our experts have decades long industry experience, paired with cutting edge consulting methodologies, having backgrounds in management, SME and leadership of leading importers, manufacturers, dealers, and big 4 consultancies.
Our Story
We started off in the 1990s with business training, initially as exclusive provider to the Porsche Austria Holding.
Over the years, we have started to use the insights and experiences gained in business training to support dealers, importers and manufacturers tackling their business challenges as consultants.
A global dealer performance programme we developed for Audi eventually put us onto the global map in the early 2000s.
Ever since we have been evolving in supporting our clients - primarily automotive retailers, manufacturers and importers in measurable, sustained performance improvement in regards to revenues, profitability and costs.
How We Work
Typically, we start with a data request to you. The data you provide us is fed into our tool, which may take a few instances of data structuring and alignment between us.
Once the tool is set up, we analyse the results and discuss any findings with you.
You will also receive a report with insights, visualisation, potential courses of action, and recommendation on a regular basis.
Insights from PriceIQ help you, for example, identifying the optimum price point per model, the optimal use of support & discounts, or to validate the performance and profitability of certain features or model lines.
Linking pin between dealer, importer and OEM
We have a decades long track record of being a trusted advisor to dealers, importers, and manufacturers. This position allows us to translate and mediate between parties and their interests.
Manufacturers can obtain access to (aggregated) data which they would not be in a position to obtain themselves.
Importers benefit from representation of interests in the market through an independent, vetted and specialised third party.
